Advising Reminders

	For academic advising for certificate and degree programs, call 808.734.9466.
	You must follow the program requirements for the year you declare your major or any later program.
	If you have transferable college credits from another school, please send the official transcripts to:
		Kapi'olani Community College Admissions Office 4303 Diamond Head Road Honolulu, HI 96816
	Then complete a "Request for Transcript Evaluation Form" at the Registration & Records Office.
	The Math and English courses listed within each program are the required courses for the various Food Service and Hospitality degrees and certificates. If you do not qualify, developmental courses are available. Refer to the Schedule of Courses for the Math and English sequence of courses.
	Should you not enroll at KCC during any semester, follow the program requirements in effect when you return.
	For graduation checks (to make sure you have fulfilled all program requirements), please make an appointment with your counselor.
	If you plan to take any of your last 12 credits at another campus, you must fill out a "Graduation Residency Waiver" form. See your counselor for more information.
