NO INFORMATION SESSIONS WILL BE HELD. ADMISSION AND REGISTRATION INFORMATION Prerequisites: Students must meet the requirements below in order to be eligible for enrollment. Verifying documents will be required; equivalent substitutions may be accepted.

Cost: The program consists of the following five modules, and is priced as follows:
Additional Cost: Liability insurance ($15 payment) is required for all students before starting the practicum course; it is valid from September 1 – August 31. Additional costs for supplementary texts, handouts, field trips, or other supplies may be incurred during the course of the program. Refund Policy: Refunds are allowed only if cancellation is made at least two business days prior to the start of the class. No refunds will be given without the two day notice. Submit your “approved” application form and full payment of the module(s) you wish to register for to the Non-Credit Registration Office at ‘Ilima 102A. Students will be enrolled on a first-come-first-served basis; enrollment is guaranteed only with registration payment. Textbooks will be issued at the first class meeting. The Pharmacy Technician Application is available in PDF format. You may download or print out this form. The fields are fillable, so you may complete the application before you print it out. |
