Food Safefy and Sanitation

The University of Hawai`i -- Kapi‘olani Community College offers two types of non-credit food safety and sanitation courses. The courses are based on the National Restaurant Association ServSafe model and reflect the latest in Food and Drug Administration Model Food Code. KCC’s non-credit sanitation classes are ETF fund approved.


On-site 3-Hour Sanitation Refresher Course

The on-site 3-hour sanitation refresher course is comprehensive and exercise intensive. It is meant for businesses whose employees need additional food safety training, but are constrained by time and employee expense. Courses are held on property. To register, please call 808-734-9441.
